Pair hurt when wind blows car off U.S. 50 Saturday

KNOB NOSTER,Mo.--A Sedalia couple were injured Saturday afternoon in an accident caused by a gust of high wind.
Sgt. D.L. Jefferson of the Missouri Highway Patrol said Harry J. Miller, 59, was eastbound on U.S. 50 near Johnson County NE 175 at 2:30 p.m., when the wind pushed his car off the road. It went down an embankment and overturned twice, landing on its wheels.
Miller and his passenger, Francis E. Miller, 60, received moderate injuries and were taken to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg. This hospital does not release condition of patients.
The Millers were wearing seatbelts, Jefferson said.
