ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Two men accused in the killing of an attorney with the St. Louis County counselor's office are now formally indicted.
A St. Louis grand jury on Sunday indicted 41-year-old Cleophus King of St. Louis and 20-year-old Ronald Johnson of Ferguson. Both face charges of first-degree murder, robbery and armed criminal action.
The body of 38-year-old Luke Meiners of University City was found last month in a wooded area in Venice, Ill. Investigators say Meiners was killed at King's home before the body was moved.
The suspects were initially charged soon after Meiners' body was found.
