WARRENSBURG, Mo. -- University of Central Missouri alum Kacy Christensen, who played the dual roles of Willie Wonka and the Candy Man in "Willie Wonka Jr.," took time away from his schedule in New York to perform in four shows Friday through Sunday with more than 60 Warrensburg-area youth, ages 8 through 15.
The family-oriented show, "Willie Wonka Jr.," adapted from “Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory,” was presented by Center Stage Academy. It was directed by Casey Renfrow with choreography by Jennifer Renfrow.
