Man lying in roadway hit by semi

ST. LOUIS (AP) — An investigation continues into the death of a 42-year-old man struck and killed by a semi in north St. Louis.
The semi driver told police the victim was lying in the roadway.
The victim's name has not been released following the accident that happened just after midnight Wednesday. It wasn't immediately clear why the man was in the roadway.
