Choral concert slated Feb. 21 at UCM

WARRENSBURG, Mo.--The University of Central Missouri music department will present a choral concert Sunday, Feb. 21, at 3:30 p.m. in Hart Recital Hall.
The concert features three music department choirs: the Collegiate Choir, Men’s Choir, and Vocal Jazz Ensemble. Selections for the performance include "Cantique de Jean Racine" by Gabriel Faure; the spiritual "City Called Heaven"; the Israeli folksong "Simona MiDimona"; "Route 66"; "Dream a Little Dream of Me"; "How Can I Keep from Singing?" featuring UCM professor of oboe Sheri Mattson; and "When I Was a Lad" from "HMS Pinafore" by Gilbert and Sullivan.
Featured accompanists are Amanda Arrington and Roxanna Brown; Robert Lawrence conducts the choirs.
