Orena Leidigh, 72, has died; family to receive friends Friday

LEETON, Mo.--Orena L. Leidigh, 72, of Leeton, formerly of Warrensburg, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009 at the Warrensburg Manor Care Center.
Orena Lee Bonnell was born Jan. 14, 1937, in Rosiclare, Ill., daughter of Sidney and Bessie (McDonald) Bonnell. She attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. She resided in Warrensburg for several years, at which time she was employed with the Warrensburg Country Club. She later moved to Leeton.
Survivors include her son, Aaron Colborn and his wife, Anne of Leeton; stepmother, Ruth Elam of Golconda, Ill.; eight grandchildren: Tiffany, Shawn, Tony, Ellen, Brandon, Eddie, Cassie and Chris; a great-grandson, Bob and three brothers: Troy Bonnell and his wife, Bonnie, of Brookport, Ill., and Sidney Bonnell and Bob Bonnell, both of Golconda, Ill., and a stepson, Larry Leidigh. Orena was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Pete Leidigh.
Following cremation, the family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at Williams Funeral Chapel in Warrensburg.
