CASS COUNTY, Mo.--A Holden driver lost control of her car on a curve, and it struck a utility pole and overturned on MO 2, east of County Route K Friday.

Cpl. T.G. Sims of the Missouri Highway Patrol said Jennifer K. Michael, 32, Holden, refused treatment for minor injuries following the accident. Charges are pending, Sims said.
