• Chase J. Vigquin, 23, of 510 N. Washington St., was arrested at 12:59 a.m. Oct. 25 at 208 E. Culton St. C and charged with refusal to disperse.
• Donald G. Smith II, 20, of 117 Hidden Panes Lane, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. Oct. 25 at 208 E. Culton St. C and charged with minor in possession.
• Josh M. Blevens, 18, of 651 SW 21 Road, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. Oct. 25 at 208 E. Culton St. C and charged with minor in possession.
• Stephanie M. Ruemken, 19, of St. Peters, was arrested at 12:59 p.m. Oct. 25 at 208 E. Culton St. C and charged with minor in possession.
• Paige N. Sanders, 20, of 208 E. Culton St. C, was arrested at 10:43 p.m. Oct. 25 at her residence and charged with allowing minors to consume alcohol.
• Robert P. Fischer, 19, of St. Louis, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. Oct. 24 on Culton St. and charged with minor in possession.
• Alex D. Meyer, 20, of Jacksonville, Ill., was arrested at 11:13 a.m. Oct. 31 at 209 W. South St., and charged with minor in possession.
• Samuel A. Schneeflock, 21, of Savannah, Mo., was arrested at 11:10 p.m. Oct. 28 in the 200 block of E. Gay Street and charged with possession of pills.
• Rachel A. Oglesby, 20, of 419 Jefferson St., was arrested at 7:20 p.m. Oct. 28 at Rib Crib and charged with selling alcohol to a minor.
• Renee K. Borcherding, 20, of Ballwin, was arrested at 2:03 a.m. Oct. 24 on Holden Street and charged with driving while intoxicated, minor in possession and an open container violation.
• Andrew Jilles Jr., 26, of 707 S. Washington St. G4, was arrested at 5:19 p.m. Oct. 30 on Grover Street and charged with driving with a suspended license.
