Crest Ridge lost 25-19, 25-14 Tuesday night to Santa Fe in the semi-final round of districts.

“The girls played with a lot of heart and determination, but we just came up short,” said head coach Angie Flick. “I was really impressed with our effort as a team last night. We had two well-deserving athletes receive a spot on the all-district team, Breanna Wonderly and Lillian Hunter.”

Wonderly had six kills, four aces and four digs. Hunter had three kills, one ace and two digs. Mel Branscum had two kills and three digs. Destanie Garza had seven assists.
