Crystal Warner

Crystal Warner, 39, of Centerview, Missouri, died Tuesday, June 12, at St. Luke’s Hospice House in Kansas City, Missouri.The family received friends from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, June 15, at Northside Christian Church. Funeral services were held 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, with Pastor Sid Tiller officiating.

Inurnment followed at Oak Grove Community Church Cemetery north of Warrensburg.

Crystal was born July 15, 1978, in Warrensburg, the daughter of Gene and Catherine (Dankenbring) Bell. She graduated from Crest Ridge High School in 1996 and got her Associates Degree in child development from UCM in 1998.

On June 27, 1998, Crystal married her high school sweetheart, Brett Warner at Northside Christian Church in Warrensburg. She accepted Christ and was baptized June 27, 2013, at Northside Christian Church.

Crystal loved spending time with family and friends. She also was very involved with her children, volunteering time and working in the lunch room at their school Summit Christian Academy in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Crystal also spent a lot of time and energy helping to run the Crest Ridge Youth Football League.

She is survived by her husband, Brett Warner of Centerview; her sons, Caleb and Levi Warner of Centerview; her parents, Gene and Cathy Bell, of Concordia, Missouri; a sister, Rhonda (Marty) Wirsig of Warrensburg; two brothers, James (Rita) Bell of Warrensburg, and Willie (Rebecca) Perkins of St. Peters, Missouri; her mother-in-law, Sandra Warner of Centerview; her brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Cara Warner of Lee’s Summit; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Marvin Warner.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Caleb and Levi Warner Education Fund with checks made payable to Brett Warner.
