(INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.) – After a successful 24-4 basketball season and an appearance in the MIAA Tournament championship game, the Central Missouri Jennies earned a trip to the NCAA Tournament, drawing the No. 2 seed in the Central Regional tournament.

The Jennies will travel to Topeka, Kan. for the 2013 Central Regional, as MIAA rival Washburn earned the top seed and will host the tournament. This year marks the third time in the last four seasons the Jennies have qualified for the NCAA Tournament, and the second straight year the regional will be hosted by the Lady Blues.

The Regional begins Friday, March 15 with specific game times to be announced later this week. Ticket info will also be announced by Washburn University later in the week.
