Roberta Hilda Bennett, 91, of Sedalia, Missouri, died Thursday, April 26, in Sedalia.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 30, at Moore Funeral Home with Pastor Dewayne Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.

She was born Jan. 28, 1927 in Clarksville, Tennessee, the daughter of John and Florence (Harris) Brown.

On May 11, 1946, she and William Francis Bennett were united in marriage. Roberta was a member of the La Monte Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, and cooking.

Roberta is survived by a son, Glyn Bennett of Arvada, Colorado; a daughter, Linda (Brian) Davis of La Monte, Missouri; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Soto, Ami Flores, Briana Davis, and Alicia Davis; and a sister, Juanita Owen of Woodlawn, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William; son, Dale Bennett; eight brothers; and two sisters.
