Nicholas T. Henson

Nicholas T. “Nick” Henson, 38 of Knob Noster, Missouri died Tuesday, Jan. 22, at Research Medical Center in Kansas City.

Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, at Northside Christian Church in Warrensburg with Rev. Sid Tiller (Warrensburg), Pastor Lon Rector (Brazil, Indiana), and Pastor Matt Cripps (Garden City, Michigan) officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until service time, Wednesday at the church.

Nick was born Nov. 25, 1980 in Detroit, Michigan. He resided in Detroit until moving to Brazil, Indiana in 2007.

On June 23, 2007, he was united in marriage to Heather Marie Williams in Reelsville, Indiana. The couple moved from Indiana to Knob Noster in 2015. Nick had a strong faith, having served in many capacities in their churches. He was attending Northside Christian Church at the time of his passing. He enjoyed fishing, magic, puppetry, watching movies, wrestling, Christmas, traveling, going to concerts and listening to Christian music. He had a great sense of humor and was loved by all.

Survivors include his wife, Heather; step-father, Clarence Fagan of Dearborn Heights, Michigan; two sisters, Gabrielle Fagan (Justin) of Dearborn Heights and Sylvia Fagan (Chris) of Butler, Kentucky; five brothers, Mikel Fagan (Devin) of Southgate, Michigan, Jeremy Fagan (Vivi) of Tijuana, Mexico, Josh Fagan of Dearborn Heights, Clarence Fagan, Jr. of Dry Ridge, Kentucky, Michael Ray Fagan (Jessica) of Dry Ridge; mother and father-in-law Sharon and Ronnie Williams of Edwards, Missouri; and sister-in-law Carrie Williams, niece Cleila Thomas and nephew Aiden Thomas of Warrensburg. He was preceded in death by his mother Carolyn (Henson) Fagan.
