About Alt

“About Alt”, hosted by Katherine Hamilton, is an hour-long show featuring a wide variety of music under the large umbrella that is “alternative music”. About Alt plays music fitting different genres and themes and gives a little bit of extra information about the songs, artists, and/or genres. Katherine Hamilton is a iunior pursuing a degree in Digital Media Production with an emphasis in Radio and Podcasting, as well as minoring in Fashion Merchandising and Communications. She is in charge of Social Media Promotions for the campus radio station. Coming from Pleasant Hill, Mo., she’s thrilled to share her favorite tunes with 100.3 KMUL listeners!
