The Community Chorus is scheduled to begin Jan. 17. Auditions are set for 7-8 p.m. Jan. 16 at the Warrensburg Community Center in Meeting Rooms 1 and 2. Some singing ability is required and music reading ability is desired, but not required. Registration is $15. The Community Chorus will practice on Tuesday evenings from 7-9 p.m.

The chorus is open to individuals in high school through senior citizens. The chorus will practice songs that will be performed in the spring concert in April.

The Junior Community Chorus is for children ages 8 to 12 years and begins Feb. 2. The Junior Community Chorus will perform the Star Spangled Banner at the Warrensburg High School basketball game on Feb. 16. Before each practice, there will be games and snacks provided to all participants. Registration is $35 and closes on Feb. 16. Register early to receive a T-shirt for the basketball game.

The Junior Chorus will practice on Thursdays from 3:45-5:15 p.m. from Feb. 2-March 16, March 30-April 6, and April 20-May 4.
