Drum & bugle corps competition at UCM

The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps, from Rosemont, Illinois, will perform alongside America’s top drum corps at the “Tour of Champions: Warrensburg” Monday, July 13, at Central Missouri University.
The event begins at 7:30 p.m. at Central Missouri’s Walton Stadium.
This is one of six “Tour of Champion” competitions this year. Each competition features some of the world’s top drum corps including The Cavaliers, Phantom Regiment (Rockford, Illinois), Carolina Crown (Ft. Mill, South Carolina), The Cadets (Allentown, Pennsylvania), Santa Clara Vanguard (Santa Clara, California), Bluecoats (Canton, Ohio) and Blue Devils (Concord, California).
Local members of the corps include horn line member, Andrew Vaughan (baritone) and drum line member, Andrew Brogan (tenor drums), both from Blue Springs, Missouri.
