Lifelong Learning at UCM is scheduled to present the program “Legal Fundamentals: Basic Legal Planning for Incapacity and Death” at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, at the Warrensburg Community Center, 445 E. Gay St. Bob Welling, a local attorney, will offer a seminar on legal planning for the future that deals with preparing for inevitable life changes. The program is free and open to the public.
