Members of Mid-Missouri Artists will meet Thursday, Feb. 26, in the UCM Gallery of Art and Design at 217 E. Clark St. The group will view the current exhibit, “Earth Stories,” with the program presented by two of the artists who have pieces in the exhibit — UCM adjunct professor Annie Helmericks-Louder and visiting artist Marilyn Prucka. Earth Stories features art quilts by members of the Studio Art Quilt Associates. All MMA programs are free and open to the public. There is no gallery admission. The evening will begin at 6:30 with refreshments and time to view the exhibit. At 7 p.m., Louder and Prucka will present information on the works in the exhibit.
