Self defense course
September 14, 2016 @ 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The R.A.D. Basic Self Defense for Women course, sponsored by the UCM Department of Public Safety, is scheduled for 6 to 10 p.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 14, 21, and 28. All sessions are held at the Central Missouri Police Academy at 200 Ming St. To complete the course, attendance at all three sessions is required. All participants completing the course will receive a UCM R.A.D. T-shirt.
R.A.D. is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women. R.A.D. is instructed by Public Safety officers and is free and open to the public.
