The Kodaly Summer Institute is hosting a free concert at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, July 15, and 4 p.m. Friday, July 17, in the Hart Recital Hall inside the Utt Music Building at UCM. These concerts honor the Kodaly Level III class of conductors and Kodaly Summer Institute students in their closing ceremonies. Wednesday’s concert will feature the Level III conducting class. This concert is a required part of their Kodaly Certification. Friday’s concert features guest choral director Dr. W. Bryce Hayes along with the students and staff of the 2015 Kodaly Summer Institute.
