UCM hosts non-fiction writers

The University of Central Missouri is scheduled to host a public reading by two established non-fiction writers, Alexander Weinstein and Whitney Terrell, at 2 p.m., Jan. 25. in the UCM Gallery of Art & Design.
Alexander Weinstein is an author whose debut book, “Children of the New World”, was published by Picador in 2016. Weinstein debut book then went on to become a New York Times Book Review Notable Book of the Year and NPR‘s Best Book of the Year. Also present will be Whitney Terrell, who’s recent novel, “The Good Lieutenant”, has been named a Boston Globe Best Book of the Year and a Washington Post Best Book of the Year, and has been reviewed favorably in The Guardian and The New Yorker.
