Trails Regional Library is offering an eight-week series that will cover topics such as nutrition, wellness and fitness techniques. Guest speakers will cover classes on Zumba, yoga, nutrition and fitness. Poverty lecture at UCM

Print-making workshop

Sedalia artist Lois King will demonstrate how to create hand-printed art using a new product called Gelli plates.
