A new program, sponsored by the Warrensburg Parks and Recreation Department, Couch to 5K is designed to get people running 5 kilometers or 30 minutes in just six weeks. The program will start May 18 and will take place at 7 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
