Trails Regional Library in Warrensburg is hosting the program, Animal Avengers, Heroes of the Wild at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 28. There will be a baby red kangaroo, a Hog Island boa constrictor and an African crested porcupine (world's largest porcupine). The UCM Student Recreation and Wellness Center will convert one of its basketball courts into an open archery range. Certified archery instructors will be available from 4-7 p.m. July 30 to teach the basics. All equipment is provided. No personal equipment is allowed. The event is free.
