MEXICO, Mo. (AP) — Home Depot officials say an employee died in an accident at a distribution center in central Missouri.

Company spokeswoman Paula Drake says a man died after being injured at Home Decorators in eastern Mexico, Mo., around noon Tuesday.

KXEO reports (http://bit.ly/112kLrS ) the company issued a written statement that said the death is under investigation and it could not provide details of the accident.

The company also has reported the death to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and says it will completely cooperate with any investigation.
