The Thelema Trio free concert

The Performing Arts Series and UCM Music Technology present The Thelema Trio in a free concert at 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 13, in Hart Recital Hall.
Thelema Trio performs new music of the 21st century with a unique lineup of piano, saxophone and clarinet. In their 12-year existence they played on several festivals in Europe, Japan, Latin-America and in the United States and recorded two full CDs. In the previous five USA tours, Thelema Trio was invited several times to play on a number of SCI conferences and in universities, which often also included master classes in chamber music and contemporary techniques, as well as working with student composers.
Their two-day residency includes a six-hour recording session on Sunday and a master class for students from 3:30-5 p.m. Monday in Hart Recital Hall.
This presentation is part of the PAS Guest Artist Series, with financial assistance provided by the Missouri Arts Council, a state agency.
