The Greater Kansas City Crime Stoppers TIPS Hotline and Raytown police announced the increase Wednesday, the third anniversary of the shooting death of 60-year-old Harry Stone.

Stone was shot as he jogged in Raytown. Police have said the shooting appeared to be random. He was not robbed and Stone had no known enemies. Raytown police said at the time that a gang-initiation hit also seemed unlikely.

A donation from a business, Monopoly Acquisitions, helped to raise the reward to a possible $25,000.

Surveillance video shows a dark-colored car with two men inside passed Stone and someone inside the car shot him.
