(CLAYTON, Mo., AP) — Police in Clayton are investigating after someone fired a gun toward a light rail platform in the St. Louis County town.

The gunfire happened around 5:15 p.m. Wednesday at a MetroLink platform near Forest Park Parkway. No one was injured. A bullet struck a sign and officers found four shell casings on a grassy median nearby.

Police aren’t sure if somebody on the platform was being targeted.
