(KANSAS CITY, Mo., AP) — A former Missouri couple and two other people face federal charges accusing them of making and selling more than $2 million worth of anabolic steroids.

Federal prosecutors in Kansas City said Thursday that a grand jury has indicted Aaron Vincent Schweidler and Nicole R. Lyne, both formerly of Weston, Missouri, and now from Smithfield, North Carolina; Michael G. Peters, of Pelham, New Hampshire, and Samuel C. Miller IV, of Annapolis, Maryland.

Charges against them include conspiracy to distribute controlled substances and money laundering. All except Miller are in custody.

Online court records don’t list lawyers for the defendants.

The indictment says they operated an online company that sold about $2.25 million worth of anabolic steroids, and that they sent more than $188,000 to China for materials to make the steroids.
