Unwinding at midterm… with monsters

The midway point of the semester can bring lots of work, stress and fatigue. There are many things people can do to work through those things. One common, centuries-old remedy is dressing up like monsters or the undead and competing in carnival-style games.

That was the landscape at the Elliott Student Union on Wednesday, where members of the campus community arrived, many in costume, to forget about midterms, at least for an evening.
